What does a Foundational Fitness session look like?
Safe, fun, and effective! We have specially trained coaches with eyes on your form to keep you safe. We've got the playlist to keep you engaged. Lastly, we have the devotion to get you to your goals with the same effects as one-on-one personal training sessions.

Each 60-minute workout has 4 phases:
1) Activate – full-body mobility warm-up
2) Accelerate – Safe movements that get your heart rate to the optimal level.
3) Enhance – Full-body circuit training utilizing bodyweight and free weights.
4) Elongate – Full-body cool-down and lengthening.

There will be weeks focused on strength and weeks focused on conditioning. Our plans will have you finding time for both!
